Onboarding Dashboard
Clients will see a secure page where they can answer questions and upload requested documents to complete your onboarding process.
Onboarding Templates will be available leveraging best practices. Or you can create your own or modify existing templates.
Scope Enforcement
We’ll be adding a Scope Summary page displayed after clients select their package. This will display the services in their package and what is and is not included in that service so there are fewer questions around the scope of the engagement.
This will also give you a tangible “list” of services to reference so you can gently hold clients accountable to increase their fees when they request services outside of scope.
